Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided production has not started. Once customization or manufacturing begins, cancellation may not be possible.

Most GrowShree products are personalized to your business branding. Due to the nature of customization:
Customized items are non-refundable once production has started
Refunds are only considered if the product arrives damaged or incorrect
We strongly recommend reviewing design approvals carefully before confirming your order.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide photos/videos as proof
Our team will review and offer a replacement or refund where applicable
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds will not be issued for:
Change of mind after customization begins
Incorrect information provided by the customer
Minor color/design variations due to printing differences
Normal wear and usage
