Refund and Returns Policy

At GrowShree, we strive to deliver high-quality customized review tools and products that meet your expectations. Because many of our products are personalized, our refund terms are designed to be transparent and fair to both parties.


Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided production has not started. Once customization or manufacturing begins, cancellation may not be possible.

To request cancellation, contact our support team immediately with your order details.


Customized Products

Most GrowShree products are personalized to your business branding. Due to the nature of customization:

  • Customized items are non-refundable once production has started

  • Refunds are only considered if the product arrives damaged or incorrect

We strongly recommend reviewing design approvals carefully before confirming your order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos/videos as proof

  • Our team will review and offer a replacement or refund where applicable


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after customization begins

  • Incorrect information provided by the customer

  • Minor color/design variations due to printing differences

  • Normal wear and usage
